Kakigōri

We use plenty of high-grade matcha from an award-winning tea farm to make this "shaved ice with matcha espuma".
We hope you enjoy the fluffy texture of the espuma (foam) and the authentic taste and aroma of matcha as you drink a bowl of matcha in a traditional tea ceremony.

Matcha-centric tea set

A luxurious “matcha zukushi” tea set where you can enjoy a variety of matcha sweets and the finest matcha. In the center of the plate, there is a natsume, a tea utensil for adding matcha powder.
